Hi friends and happy Monday!

Today I have another card to show you, featuring some of the newest Hello Bluebird products!

The Hello Bluebird September release is epic! There are ten lovely new Clear Stamp Sets (nine with matching Companion Dies) and eleven new Stand-Alone Dies. The release will be live on September 8th at 7pm Mountain Time.

My card features the newest Tree Neighbors, which is a giant 6"x8" stamp set, filled with the most adorable critters!

All the cool animals are hanging out at the neighborhood tree! Join your Tree Neighbors at the local woodland “high-rise” tree. Cute foxes, a friendly bear, an adorable possum who hangs from a tree branch… This set has it all! All of the critters and elements in this stamp set are designed to work with both the included tree stamp and the newest High Rise Tree Scene stand-alone die.

Anyway, I wanted to pair some of those critters with the previous released Oak Tree Scene die creating a square scene. I firstly stamped the critters on some Neenah Solar White cardstock and I colored them using Copics (see below for combos); I die cut them with their coordinating dies.

I then moved to the background, which I made on some Neenah Solar White cardstock too. The square piece measures 5,5"x5,5". I ink blended it using some Distress Oxides in Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin and Warm Lipstick and I also splattered some water to create a little bit of texture. I die cut the tree trunk from the Oak Tree Scene die using some Ranger Woodgrain Paper, which is perfect for "wooden" object and I ink blended using Distress Oxide in Vintage Photo. To complete the ground, i die cut the green using the Grassy Knoll die.

I then framed the scene using the Gallery Frame #7 die (which is a little smaller than 5,5"x5,5") and I arranged all my elements on the panel.

To complete the card, I die cut the word HI using the newest Knightley LC Large Alpha die, layering a brown piece under the white one. The smallest sentiment comes from the Typed Everyday Stamp.

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like my inspiration, head over to the Hello Bluebird Blog to see many others and for a chiance to win a $50 Hello Bluebird gift certificate to the shop. You have until 4:00 PM (MST) on Wednesday the 8th to leave your comments on their blog.

Hugs from Italy,

Happy Saturday friends! Can you believe we are halfway to the MFT September Release Day? It will be live on September 7th, at 10am EDT.

Today I created a kitty card, featuring the newest super adorable Meowy Christmas stamp set.

If you are a cat lover, you won't resist this cute set, with so many Christmas kitties.

I created a super simple desing, using one of my favorite Distress Combo for Christmas cards.

I firstly took an A2 piece of Smooth White paper and I masked the bottom part using some post it tape; I carefully ink blended the background, using regular Distress in Festive Berries, Aged Mahogany and Ground Espresso. I kept layering ink to get a really smooth look and when I was happy with the result I splattered some Gansai Tambi Starry Watercolors to create some texture.

While the watercolor was drying, I stamped the cats and the tree on a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock and I colored everything with copic markers (you can find the list below). I then die cut everything using coordinating dies.

I also die cut the background panel, using the second largest Stitched Rectangle Set2 and I gold heat embossed the sentiment at the bottom.

I attached the die cut parts to create the scene and to complete the card, I added some Glossy Accents on the decorations. I also matted the panel using some Gold Sparkle cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by! I really hope you will like it and be sure to check the MFT blog for a chance to win a 75$ shopping spree... And for further DT inspirations too!

Are you ready for the new MFT September Release? There are 4 days left until you can shop it. It will go live on September 7thth at 10am EDT and I just cannot wait to show you what I've been working on!

Today I am highlighting this adorable set designed by Tiddly Inks and called TI Jingle Hugs.

I absolutely love the dimensions of Tiddly Inks images, I really have fun coloring them.

I firstly stamped the girl and her friend on a piece of Transotype Perfect Coloring paper, using Memento, which is a copic friendly ink. I usually color on a big piece of paper, this one measured 4,75"x6".

I then started coloring the background, because I wasn't sure of the result. I started with the yellow sky, then moved to the branches and finally coloring the snow in the foreground.

When I was happy with the result, I started coloring the main protagonists of the scene, using bold colors. To give a "magical touch" to the scene, I also added some snow, using the White Gelly Roll pen from Sakura, which is my absolutely favorite!

I then cut the panel to 4,25"x5,5" and matted it twice, firslty with a sligthly larger white cardstock and then using a 4,75"x6" piece of Keep Me in Stitches patterned paper.

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other inspirations and for a chance to win a 75$ shopping spree!
