Hi friends, welcome to the final day of the Hello Bluebird Release Preview!

The Hello Bluebird September release is epic! There are ten lovely new Clear Stamp Sets (nine with matching Companion Dies) and eleven new Stand-Alone Dies. The release will be live on TODAY at 7pm Mountain Time.

Today's card features many of the newest products, including Bouquet Buddies, Balloon Bouquet, Nesting A7 and Big Greetings.

I really wanted to use the Bouquet Buddies solid stamps, but I wanted a more "fall" look. The color choice took me a while, but definitely worth it! I used Altenew Mini Cubes ink, those inks are perfect when you have layering solid stamps like the ones in the set. I used Rocky Shore ink for the leaves and some orange, violet and pink combo for the flowers. The pink ones are made with Coral Berry and Ruby Red, the violets ones with Pale Mauve, Amethist and Plum and finally the orange combo includes Sunkissed, Orange Cream and Firebrick. Before die cutting all of those, I added some details to the leaves, using a brown pencil: I really thinks this helps to give some depth to the solid stamping.

I then moved to my critter, which I stamped on some Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored using the combo written below.

The newest Big Greetings is simply perfect to add an elegant sentiment to your scenes, and it has coordinating dies too. I stamped the Thanks word using Versamark and I bronze heat embossed, for a warmer touch. I die cut it and added two more die cuts to create some dimension.

I finally started working on a really simple background: I've used the newest Nesting A7 dies to create a 3,75"x5,75" rectangle and I stamped the Diamond Daze Background using Altenew Pink Diamond mini cube.

I added everything and as a finishing touch, I matted with a 4"x6" Glittery Cardstock and I added some clear sparkling sequins.

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like my inspiration, head over to the Hello Bluebird Blog to see many others and for a chiance to win a $50 Hello Bluebird gift certificate to the shop. You have until 4:00 PM (MST) to leave your comments on their blog.

Yeah! The September MFT&Friends Release is now live!

The newest release is full of Christmas proucts, it is really great and includes so many stamps, dies, and some paper pads too!

Today's card features Special Delivery critters, as well as the newest Joy, Peace, Love and the Christmas Greetings Background.

It is really a simple card, with only a little bit of coloring, that could be used to mass produce Christmas cards.

I just wanted to use those critters in a different way than putting them into the car, so I instantly thought to use one of the giant Joy, Love, Peace scripts to create a large sentiment strip and let those critters coming out from it. I stamped them all on a piece of Transotype Perfect Coloring paper and colored them using the combos you can find below. It is only a little bit of coloring, so it is a quick process. When I finished, I die cut them and put them aside while working on the background.

I took a 5,5"x1,25" strip of Amarena Cherry cardstock and die cut the big XMAS word from Joy, Peace, Love dienamics. I also stamped the newest Christmas Greetings background using some Sno Cone premium dye ink on an A2 piece of Smooth White cardstock and I die cut the panel using the second largest die from A2 Double Stitched Rectangle. I then layered this panel with a slightly larger piece of Gold Sparkle cardstock, in order to create a small sparkling frame around the panel. With the largest A2 Double Stitched Rectangle, I die cut a piece of Sno Cone cardstock, to match the stamped background and I layered behind the two I have already prepared.

I also stamped one of the smallest Itty Bitty Holiday sentiment on Smooth White cardstock and die cut it with Itty Bitty Strip dienamics.

I now had all the pieces ready for the card: I used liquid glue and foam tape to arrange everything and finish the project.

Thanks for stopping by! I really hope you will like my project and be sure to leave a comment telling me what are your favorite of the release. And check the MFT blog too, there is a blog hop and you can win a 100$ shopping spree!

Have you already prepared your shopping list for the MFT September Release? It's the final countdown day and the release will go live tomorrow, at 10am EST.

Today I couldn't resist to play with the cute dinos from Dino-mite Christmas.

I've recently seen a similar illustration on Internet and I couldn't resist to make my own version, using this super cute dino from the stamp set.

I firstly stamped the image on a piece of Transotype Perfect Coloring paper and I sketched the background. Then, I colored everything with this fun color combo: red, blue-green and gold. I also colored the dino in blue, but I wasn't happy with the result. Moreover, I didn't like the one-layer scene, it was quite confusing without the small white border around the dino. That's why I stamped again the image and I re-colored it in red.

I die cut the small element and I placed him exactly on the previous one and...I loved the card much more! But before adhering him, I die cut the background scene with the second largest die from the Stitched Rectangle Set1 and I stamped the sentiment in the bottom part.

To complete the card, I added a 4,25"x5,5" of the newest Keep Me in Stitches patterned paper to create a small frame around the card. I really hope you will like it!

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check the MFT blog to check all the other DT creations and to leave a comment for a chance to win a 75$ shopping spree.
