Happy Saturday friends! Can you believe we are halfway to the MFT May Release Day? It will go live on May 10th at 10am EDT and I just cannot wait to show you what I've been working on!

So, let's jump into today's project that features some of the new Die-namics as well as a coordinated stamp!

I always struggle when creating masculine cards, so when I saw those Father's Day Themed products I fell in love with them! Look at this MSTN Black & White Plaid Paper Pad, it's perfect for men!

I firstly started with a 5,5 "x3,75" piece of Smooth White Cardstock and I stamped the MSTN Father Figures Background using a light grey ink. I then arranged the three mustache from MSTN Mustache Trio Die-namics and the MSTN Dad Die-namics on the panel and cut them down. I left a small space under the DAD word, in order to "complete" the sentiment with "mustache gracias" greeting. I also die cut the DAD word from one of the darkest patterned paper and I paper pierced inside the panel.

To complete the card, I attached some vellum behind the mustache and I layered another patterned paper.

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other product previews and for even more ideas and inspiration, please visit the My Favorite Things YouTube channel.

Hi friends! Are you ready for the new MFT May Release? There are 4 days left until you can shop it! It will go live on May 10th at 10am EDT and I just cannot wait to show you what I've been working on!

So, let's jump into today's project that features the newest Friendly Forest Faces Die-namics and Woodland Words Stamp.

As soon as I saw those dies, I instatly knew I would have used them! How adorable are those little faces?

I firstly thought I would have created a square card with 4 different panels, but then I realized they would have perfectly fit into the Trendy Tag Die-namics.

I looked into all my scraps of paper in search of 4 different shades of neutral colors, I wanted my critters to look "real". I found those two different brown, a not-so-much-bright orange and a perfect vanilla color. If you don't have the cardstock you need, you can always customize your white paper using markers!

I firslty die cut 4 tags from some Smooth White cardstock and I cut 4 colored tags from the colored cardstock I had chosen. I then used my guillotine to cut a 3/4" strip from the bottom of those tag, since I planned to stamp the sentiments below.

I aligned all the faces over the colored tags and I cut them out. I glued them over the white tags and I carefully added all the small pieces: eyes, noses, ears and cheeks! I also added some details over the embossed lines with a white Posca Pen or a black fineliner.

I then stamped 4 coordinating sentiments over the tags and I added a piece of ribbon and a black and white twine. The final result makes me really really happy!

Are you ready for a new MFT Release Countdown?

It's that time of the month again and today it is the first day of previews. The release will be live on May 10th at 10am EDT.

There are so many new products that I just cannot wait to share with you all the projects I've been working on!

So, let's dive in into my first project, that features the newest Perfect Poppies Die-namics and Pure Poppies Stamp, as well as the Everyday Scripted Greetings Stamp.

It's a really simple card but I really love the final effect. I rarely create flower cards, but those poppies were absolutely beautiful!

I had the idea to use the Perfect Poppies Die-namics to create the main focus of my card, and then stamping the Pure Poppies on the background. And that's what I did.

I firslty die cut the flowers using three different shades of red (these are layering flower dies) and glued them together. I also used black cardstock for the flower centre and a grey cardstock for the stems. On a light grey cardstock I stamped the Pure Poppies using Versafine Grey ink and I die cut the panel using the second largest A2 Stitched Rectangle-Set 2.

I glued the flowers at the centre, I added the sentiment strip and I decided to matt the panel twice, firstly with slightly larger white panel and then with an A2 Patterned Paper from MSTN Pretty in Plaid Paper Pad.

To finish the card, I added some deep red jewels.
