Hello everyone! Last Sunday it was my Mum's birthday and I really wanted to make a card for her. Looking through my stash I found these super adorable birds I haven't used yet and instantly thought of this card. The wreath was perfect to set up the whole scene.

Even if there are cute birds, I wanted to make a "elegant" card, so I chose a simple color palette: kraft, light blue, yellow and teal. I really really love how those colors look together.

I white heat embossed the "Paint Splatter Background" on a Neenah Desert storm cardstock. I stamped and colored all my images with copics (I usually use Memento to stamp all my black images). After cutting all my images I arranged them on my scene and I realize I wanted a "hole" to look through my wreath.

I used a basic circle (that was a little bit smaller than my wreath) to cut the hole and I used a blending brush to add some "Tumbled Glass" to the piece of paper below.

For a finishing touch, I added some crystal sparkly sequins.

I hope you will like it and...see you next time!

Hello crafty friends! I am a bit excited cause this is my first blog post (yes, there's another but I didn't want my blog to be empty at the beginning). So this count as my first post.

I want to share a bit more with you, I think it could be useful for someone. If possible I will try to link the stamps and dies I used (please note that I won't use affiliate links) and the color combos I have used. Many of you have asked through my Instagram page, so here it is!

For this card I used one of the rubber stamps from Purple Onion Designs. I stamped the little hedgehog and his mailbox with Memento black ink on a Transotype Perfect Coloring Paper. These are my go-to when I have to color with copics (well...99% of times LOL)

I then drew all the background with copics, inspired by a recently posted card by Amy Young. You definitely should watch her works, she's incredible with copics and scenes.

A the end, I stamped a sentiment from the same brand.

I really hope you will love the final result.

Thanks for stopping by and...hugs from Italy!

It's the third Thursday of the month and I want to share a new Christmas card in collaboration with Jenn Shurkus. Her "Get Cracking on Christmas" is a good way to prepare Christmas cards all year round: we all know Christmas comes really fast and we are always really busy during that period. A few cards done can be very useful! And we also can play with the big amount of Christmas stamps we have in our stash (I know I'm not the only one to have lots of Christmas stamps). Feel free to check her blog post to get more details and link your cards!

For my card I used this adorable fox from an Italian Shop and I drew all the background with copics. I then matted the whole scene with a red cardstock and a gold glitter cardstock too.

Thanks for stopping by and see you next time!
