The Free with $60 releasing with this kit is the Cheers Die-namics.

The kit will be available July the 26th, 10am EST.

But now, let's dive into today's project!

Except for the sentiment, today's project is all about die-cutting! I had so much fun cutting all the pieces and assembling all the cocktails for my card.

I first started die cutting all the pieces, I searched in my cardstock stash and I found some good colors to use. Here's the full list:

Glasses: Lawn Fawn Fog

Drinks: MFT Limelight, GinaK Dusty Rose, MFT Lemon Drop, MFT Maroccan Spice

Olives: MFT Maroccan Spice, MFT Prickly Pear, MFT Gravel Grey

Citrus Fruits: MFT Maroccan Spice, GinaK Peach Bellini, MFT Limelight, MFT Lemon Drop, MFT Smooth White

Foliage: MFT Sour Apple, MFT Jalapeno Popper

I assembled everything with liquid glue and I moved into the background.

I took a piece of Smooth White Cardstock and I ink blended some Distress Oxides in Carved Pumpkin, Dried Marygold and Squeezed Lemonade. I also splattered some orange speckles in order to create some texture. I then cut the panel with the largest A2 Stitched Rectangle Set1 and I arranged all the cocktails.

I stamped the sentiment partially masking it because I wanted to have the "cocktails" script with Maroccan Spice ink and I matted the final panel using one of the patterned paper included in the DBD Wildflowers Paper Pad.

And that's all for today!

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other product previews and for even more ideas and inspiration, please visit the My Favorite Things YouTube channel.

But now, let's dive into my first project!

I was obviously inspired by my friend Alberto Gava (@loshakeratoalberto), whose rainbow colorings are always eye catching. I firstly die cut some of the glasses included in the Barware Basics and in the Long Stem Barware Die-namics from some Neenah Solar White cardstock. I then colored them using Copics (listed below the post) with rainbow combination.

I then moved to my background panel, which I wanted to color with a "watercoloring" effect, using Copics again. I created a sort of "watercolored" strip that matched with my colored glasses and when I finished I cut the panel using the second largest A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set1. I stamped one of the sentiment included in the Raise a Glass Stamp and I matted the scene using a slighlty larger Gravel Grey Panel. I also added an A2 White Sheet behind. I attached all the glasses with foam tape and as a finishing touch I added Glossy Accent on all of them.

And that's all for today!

Hi crafty friends!

We are 5 months away from Christmas BUT we all know that when it is Christmas time we always struggle to create cards in time! So, Jenn Shurkus created this "Get Craking on Christmas" challenge, a great way to create Christmas cards all over the year and use all the amazing Christmas stuff we have collected (and maybe never used) over the years.

Every third Thursday of the month, a group of cardmakers will inspire you with their Christmas cards and you can find all the details in Jenn's blog.

And this month, since there are lots of Christmas in July celebrations, there will be a little prize too! Read over till the end to discover it.

This is my monthly inspiration that features Purple Onion Designs stamps.

I've recently fell in love with that background Distress Combo that I couldn't wait to use for a Holiday night scene! I firstly started ink blending the background using regular Distress Inks in Dried Marygold, Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves and Villainous Potion. I then splattered some water and some Copic Opaque White paint (that's the only acrylic white I've found that gives the perfect white look and didn't catch the color behind when it dries).

While the background was drying, I stamped all the images from Purple Onion Designs Collections on a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock using Memento Black Ink and I colored them all using copics (you can find the full list below the post).

I then carefully fussy cut all of the images and I created my scene.

The sentiment is from the Holiday Scripts Stamp from Pretty Pink Posh. And here's the final look of the card!

I really hope you will like this!

Please remind that Jenn will be LIVE on YouTube this evening Thursday, June 16th at 8p ET sharing how she made her card, and encouraging people to work on their own cards.

And now, the surprise! Since it is Christmas in July, I want to send to one of my lucky European follower one of the newest stamp from Impronte d'Autore - an italian brand, it is called Yeti Explorer (it is gently used by me, but still works properly)!

All you have to do is follow me on Instagram (@le_cosebelle_di_sara) and comment below my blog post telling me what's your favorite distress ink combo. On August 1st, I will choose one of you and send the stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you liked the project and I cannot wait to discover some new-to-me combos!

Hugs from Italy,
