But now, let's dive into my first project, which features some of the newest products.

I firstly die cut two of the Framing Foliage borders from some white cardstock, since I planned to have a contrast with a colored background. I then die cut all of the flowers from colored cardstock: I went into my stash and I chose a cranberry-peachy-vanilla combo: I also took a small ink blending brush and I inked the centres with lightly darker inks. I carefully glued everything on the white leaves, paying attention on all the small holes that are made for embroidery.

I moved into my sentiment, which comes from the Happy Everything Die and the Happy Words Die: I die cut it from a gold sparkly cardstock and I created a white shadow around. I also completed the sentiment white embossing the "wishing you" and the "birthday" on some rose cardstock.

For the background, I used Kraft Cardstock and I stamped the Touch of Texture Background Stamp with some white pigment ink. I let it dry and I assembled the card. I trimmed down the edges and I decided to matt with a small rose border and then an A2 White panel.

To complete the card, I added some gems on the flower centres. And here's the finished result!

And that's all for today!

Yay! The May MFT Release is now live and it is full of amazing products!

Today I have another teacher themed card to show you, featuring the some of the new released products.

I firstly die cut all te pieces I needed in my scene: the pile of book - obviously a rainbow pile of book (Grape Jelly, Tropical Teal, Limelight, Lemon Drop, Orange Zest, Poppin Pink Cardstock and a vanilla one for pages) using the book included in the Back to School Die-namics and the cup and coffee from the Coffee Break Companions Die-namics. I added some light shading on the cup using Copics (C3 - C1) and a white gelly pen. I then took a sheet from the Notebook Paper Paper Pad and I cut the edge with the Notebook Edge Die-namics: I attached it on an A2 Sno Cone Cardstock. I stamped one of the sentiments included in the Teach, Sleep, Repeat stamp using a stamping tool, since I used two different colors. I then arranged everything on my card and I attached them with liquid glue and foam tape. And that's the final result!

Have you already prepared your shopping list for the MFT May Release? It's the final countdown day and the release will go live tomorrow, at 10am EDT.

Today I have another clean and simple card, featuring the newest I'm Glad We Fit In stamp.

I knew I would have used that car image since I received this stamp set. While choosing what I would have done, I started looking at the sentiments included and this one caught my attention: mountains and woods! So I had the inspiration: a car driving through the woods over a hill!

You may say "are you crazy?", but no, that was my inspiration.

I firstly stamped the image on a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock and I colored using the Copics listed below the post. I then cut it with the coordinating dies.

Then, i white heat embossed the sentiment over a dark grey cardstock (the road of my card) and I started working on the background.

I took a piece of an A2 Smooth White cardstock and I decided to put the sloped road in the lower right corner and to cover the small triangle left with Kraft Cardstock. Meanwhile, before attaching it, I repeatedly stamped the trees over the road "line": I used a stamping tool and I partially stamped the tree trunks with Kraft Ink and the foliage with Sour Apple Ink. When everything was done, I attached the car with foam tape. I really loved the easy sketched look of this card!
