Hi friends! Have you already shopped the August Release?

Today the MFT Design Team is showcasing some of the newest products, which are already available for purchase! And now, I have a fall card to show you!

I decided to create a simple project featuring the newest RAM Sweetest Trick or Treaters and the LJD Primitive Pumpkins. I stamped the boy peeking from the pumpkin designed by Rachelle Anne Miller and I colored it with the Copics listed below the post.

I then took a piece of white paper and I repeatedly stamped some of the Primitive Pumpkins with a fall combination of Distress Oxide colors (Peeled Paint, Tea Dye, Dried Marygold, Warm lipstick) in order to create a custom patterned paper.

I die cut the panel using the second largest Watercolor Rectangle STAX Die-namics and I matted it with an A2 piece of Kraft Cardstock.

To complete the design, I white heat embossed one of the sentiment of the LJD Primitive Pumpkins on some Prickly Pear cardstock and I attached everything to my background. I also added some green pearls. And here's the finished result!

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other product previews and for even more ideas and inspiration, please visit the My Favorite Things YouTube channel.

Hi friends! Have you already shopped the August Release?

Today the MFT Design Team is showcasing some of the newest products, which are already available for purchase! And I have a school themed card to show you.

School is going to start soon here in Italy and what's better than a support card for the beginning of the new school year? I had so much fun coloring this re-released Birdie Brown Class Act stamp, featuring school items.

I decided to create a wreath with the smaller pencil included in the set and the Gina K Wreath Builder stencil, which is so easy to use. I started from a 3,75"x5" white piece of paper and created the wreath by turning it 16 times. On another piece of Neenah paper I stamped the girl and I colored everything with the copics listed below the post.

I then cut the girl using coordinating dies and I black heat embossed one of the sentiment included in the Lunch Box Notes at the centre of the wreath. Even if it is bigger than the white space at the centre, I really love it.

To complete the card, I adhered the girl at the left side with foam tape and I matted the panel with an A2 piece of patterned paper, which comes from the Orange Sherbet Paper Pad.

And today, I have sweet card to show you.

Look how cute are those kitties from the Chip, Chip, Hooray! stamp set. And I had the idea to pair them up with the newest Watercolor Circle STAX Die-namics. Those "unperfect" circles reminded me of cookies, that were the perfect match to the design!

So I die cut a lot of them using the second and the third smallest dies from the set and I colored all of them with a cookies look, with lots of chocolate inside. This was my favorite part of the process, soo yummy!

I then stamped and colored the three kitties eating cookies and colored them with copics too (you can find the full list below the post). I cut them with coordinating dies and I started arranging all the pieces on a 3,75"x5" piece of white cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in the upper part and I matted the panel twice, firstly with a slightly larger Gravel Grey cardstock, then with an A2 Smooth White cardstock. And here's the finished result!
