  • Something Sweet Stamp Set

  • Sweet Sticks Die-namics

  • Cotton Candy Cone Die-namics

  • Sweet Summer Color Blends Patterned Paper Pad

  • Card Stock Colors: Smooth White, Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry,Orange Zest, Limelight, Sour Apple, Sno Cone, Summer Splash, Blue Yonder, Grapesicle, Grape Jelly, Kraft, Milk Chocolate

There is also a free with $60 which is Sweet Die-namics.

But now, let's dive into my second project, which highlight the Sweet Sticks Die-namics.

I absolutely had a blast creating all those sticks! And if you are worried about coloring, you will love those dies!

I firstly started die cutting all the pieces from different color cardstock: Summer Splash, Ripe Raspberry, Limelight, Grapesicle, Kraft and Milk Chocolate.

I assembled the sticks and I added just a tone on tone shade with a darker Copic, in order to create some dimensions.

I also realized I would have loved a Lollipop too, so I used the circle included in the Tag Builder Blueprints 6 Die-namics to cut it and I colored it with some Copics (RV19 - RV17 - RV55 | YG23 - YG01 - YG00 | E40). I then white heat embossed the sentiment included in the Something Sweet on some Cotton Candy cardstock and I moved into the background.

I had the idea to create a striped white and light pink one, so I cut some 0.5" stripes and glued them on an A2 piece of cardstock.

To complete the card, I added everything at the centre, I added prisma glitters on the sweet sticks and some pastel sparkly sequins here and there. And here's the finished result!

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other product previews and for even more ideas and inspiration, please visit the My Favorite Things YouTube channel.

Hi crafty friends! Today we'll reveal the MFT July Card Kit, which is called SOMETHING SWEET

The card kit includes:

  • Something Sweet Stamp Set

  • Sweet Sticks Die-namics

  • Cotton Candy Cone Die-namics

  • Sweet Summer Color Blends Patterned Paper Pad

  • Card Stock Colors: Smooth White, Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry,Orange Zest, Limelight, Sour Apple, Sno Cone, Summer Splash, Blue Yonder, Grapesicle, Grape Jelly, Kraft, Milk Chocolate

There is also a free with $60 which is Sweet Die-namics. The kit will be available for purchade tomorrow, 25th July.

But now, let's dive into my first project, which highlight some of the card kit articles.

I really love the newest Sweet Summer Color Blends Paper Pad, which has the some pastel gradients that are perfect for the Cotton Candy. But, since I wanted a sparkly design, I decided to add the Nuvo Glimmer Paste in Moonstone on the paper and let it dry.

In the meanwhile, I took an A2 piece of White Paper and I die cut the Cotton Candy "hole", because I wanted to create this shaker element. I added a piece of acetate behind it and I added some Chunky Glitters for an extra sparkly look. Then I layered the patterned paper behind with some foam tape.

I cut the cotton candy cone from some vanilla cardstock and added some pastel stripes with Copics (RV53 - YR61 - G40 - BG11). I also took some pastel inks (lightly darker than the ones in the patterned paper) and ink blended a small piece of white paper: I used that inked piece to cut the word from Sweet Dienamics (that's the freebie with 60$ purchade), which I layered on the bottom right side of the card. To complete the card, I stamped some of the sentiments included in the Something Sweet stamp and I layered a slightly larger diagonal Black & White Stripes Paper Pad. And here's the finished result!

Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other product previews and for even more ideas and inspiration, please visit the My Favorite Things YouTube channel.

Have you seen the new Vault Release?

The Vault is now open and there are tons of incredible products!

Today I have a Christmas in July card to show you, featuring the newest Vanity License Plate set.

You may know I love customizing sentiments, so I love alphabet dies and alphabet stamps. And this

Vanity License Plate Alphabet makes no exception. I love it!

I don't know if you have ever seen Santa's Sleigh License, but I'm pretty sure it looks exactly like this one! I die cut the plate using the Vanity License Plate Die-namics and I white heat embossed the MERRY word twice, in order to get a bold word.

I also decided to pair it up with the previous released YUZU Holly Jolly Santa which had a perfect sleight in it. I used some of the sentiments included in that set to complete the license plate.

I stamped and colored all the images I wanted to feature with the copics listed below, and I die cut them with coordinating dies.

For the background, I took a 4"x5.25" piece of white cardstock and I ink blended it with Distress Oxides in Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky and Milled Lavender. I used blending brushes and I splattered some acrilic white to create the snow effect. I attached all the images, including the license plate, and I completed the card by stamping the sentiment at the bottom (which comes from Christmas Cash stamp). At the end, I matted the panel with a white A2 cardstock. And here's a finished result!
