Have you seen the new Vault Release?
The Vault is now open and there are tons of incredible products!
Today I have a Christmas in July card to show you, featuring the newest Vanity License Plate set.
You may know I love customizing sentiments, so I love alphabet dies and alphabet stamps. And this
Vanity License Plate Alphabet makes no exception. I love it!
I don't know if you have ever seen Santa's Sleigh License, but I'm pretty sure it looks exactly like this one! I die cut the plate using the Vanity License Plate Die-namics and I white heat embossed the MERRY word twice, in order to get a bold word.
I also decided to pair it up with the previous released YUZU Holly Jolly Santa which had a perfect sleight in it. I used some of the sentiments included in that set to complete the license plate.
I stamped and colored all the images I wanted to feature with the copics listed below, and I die cut them with coordinating dies.
For the background, I took a 4"x5.25" piece of white cardstock and I ink blended it with Distress Oxides in Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky and Milled Lavender. I used blending brushes and I splattered some acrilic white to create the snow effect. I attached all the images, including the license plate, and I completed the card by stamping the sentiment at the bottom (which comes from Christmas Cash stamp). At the end, I matted the panel with a white A2 cardstock. And here's a finished result!
Thanks for stopping by, I really hope you will like it. Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see all the other product previews and for even more ideas and inspiration, please visit the My Favorite Things YouTube channel.
