Hi crafty friends! It's DAY 5 of the April Release Countdown and I cannot wait to show you what I've been working on lately!
Today the DT is showcasing a lot of new products, including the newest stamp set, illustrated by Birdie Brown.
Isn't the set cute? I love that little girl waiting at the front door.
I wanted to create a slimline scene, so I firstly stamped the door and the little lantern using Memento London Fog ink, which is copic friendly. I wanted a softer look, that's why I stamped with a grey ink. On a different piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock I stamped the girl, the plants and the two furry friends with some Memento Tuxedo Black.
I colored everything with copics, including the hand drawn rose plant.
The final image size was 3,75 x 7,75, which I matted using some Poppin Pink Prestige Cardstock.
